Bra Tulle is a soft non stretch fabric with a honeycomb structure that creates a beautiful sheer bra with a soft, smooth finish. By cutting your pattern pieces out of two layers of tulle at opposing directions you create a stable fabric that has a beautiful flower pattern. These kits includes Bra Tulle, Powernet and all the elastics to create a beautiful bra.
